The pool

The outdoor pool has been exquisitely designed so that it is easily accessible from every area. It is a geo - thermal mineral water pool to take advantage of the early and end of season when the sun is bright, but the water would normally be quite cool. There is a dedicated paddling pool for smaller children together with the bigone.

What we offer?

On purpose is to assist our clients and potential investors, we offer to you intermediation during the whole process of the purchasing. This includes preliminary information as well as organization of the relationships with the construction company, notary, national and municipal institutions.

Financing

In case you need additional financing, we will assist you to apply for a mortgage loan from Allianz Bulgaria. As a foreign citizens you can apply for up to 50% financing from the market value of the property you want to purchase.

Construction phase and completion

According to the expectations in the project of “Cabacum Beach Residence and Spa”, the construction will be finished in the end of January 2010 year. All apartments, studios and shared rooms will be completely finished (without furniture). Various packages of classic and luxury furniture can be bought separately directly from the construction company.
